Trying to arrange a swap for my faulty watch

I am trying to call customer services to arrange a swap for my faulty watch, they called me whilst I was at work and l/m. There isn't an option for this so tried them all couldn't get through

I would recommend following these options:

 

Option 1 > Option 2 > Option 1 > Option 1 > Option 2.
