If you have an Android device close down the app, go into Settings -application/apps find MyEE app and clear the data/cache.
Restart the app and it should work.

A4.60.0-9d.459 what ever this code means . My app has not work for a long time . Caches & cookies cleared and still nothing

Please may I sanity check that this is following a full shut down of the app, which is usually accomplished by viewing recently used apps and swiping away the one you want to fully close?
