Hi I am wondering what the return policy is for pay as you go phones?
I looked online but it is not very clear in terms of I am wanting to know if you can buy a pay as you go phone and try it out and then return it if you don't like it?
On the cancellation form it asks the box is sealed, however it doesn't say what this means in terms of if the box is not sealed can it still be returned?

Online there is a 14 day return policy which is a legal requirement. I would however suggest you go into carphone warehouse, EE, Tesco, etc and look at the devices before buying a device to only return.

One key thing to be aware of is that the policy is that you cannot return a store bought mobile for the reason of having changed your mind.
For some people, this is a reason for never buying in store.
