Free airbuds

Hi, 

 

I have just upgraded to the S21 with an offer for free earbuds.

 

Do these come automatically with the phone on delivery or do I have to claim them. If the latter, how so? I haven't received any confirmation that they are included?

You have to claim them.

 

You claim via the Samsung Members app.
