I ordered a replacement SIM (esim to replace physical) two weeks ago and have still not received anything.
Went into an EE store but they were unable to help, advising I call and check on the status. Tried today but as of yet have been unable to get through to anyone.
Has anyone else experienced a delay recently? Not sure how long I need to wait to get a QR code on a sheet of paper mailed out.

@hotrichard You should of got this within a few days, the store should of been able to supply you a QR code though. You’ll need to call customer services to check to see why you haven’t got it yet.
