Hello @davidbemel12 ,
Welcome to the community,
You can either do this via My EE App, or by logging on to your account via the web, by going to manage settings. On the app it is under settings and then restrictions, and via the web it is under device settings.
Please do not write all in capitals, as this is seen as shouting, thank you.

There's no way to remove the content lock from my accounts and devices... How do you think blocking PORN in a quarantine????? All your 'smart' suggestions and procedures are **bleep**, there's no way to unlock it and when your system gets to work ask for a credit card number that even if you fill all the data up it doesn't unlock the **bleep** Content lock that i didn't ask for!!!!
**bleep** with the puritanism and the prudish unsolicited locks from EE... is a general problem for users... I will start recommending people to switch off...!

Good Afternoon @JoaoRoneberg.
Welcome to the EE Community.
When did you process this change?
Are you the account holder?
What happens when you call 1818 from the device you wish to remove the lock from?
Speak soon,
Katie 🙂

Good Afternoon @Cammyboy997.
Welcome to the community.
Are you the account holder?
Has your My EE account been set up with account holder access?
Have you tried calling 1818 from the device?
Katie 🙂
