No email or text

I ordered an accessory on the 25th of November and I haven’t heard anything! I got a confirmation email and that’s it! I rang up today and was told DPD returned my parcel to EE! I was unaware that my parcel was even out for delivery as I had no email...

5Ghz band disappearing for a few minutes inconsistantly

Since using EE smart router I've split the bands between 2.4 and 5Ghz, and connected devices appropriately. Every few days the 5Ghz band will drop out disconnecting all devices. 2.4 and LAN are unaffected.

Barred calls to Italy

Hi, my upgrade was confirm on December 2th. iPhone 13 pro max graffiti 256. Can you tell me how long I still have to wait for my delivery? And why they say it’s 24hrs for dispatch when you do the upgrade? 

£8 a month sim only showing as £20 a month

HiThis morning spoke to a lovely cheerful man called Dan he popped my two additional lines onto £8 a month SIM only and since then I’ve logged into my online account and they are showing as £20 a month is this right?
