Cancell and refund

I need to refund my monthly i got it yesterday and i already payed a top up. I dont know how to gey my card details out of this account and i dont know how to get a refund for my monthly?

@Jousie : You need to call CS to cancel your 1st recurring monthly card payment within 14 days of buying it.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

 

You’ll have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first purchase with your card to let us know that you don’t want to pay for a pack or add-on using this method.

 

We’ll then cancel any packs or add-ons you’ve requested via card payment, but you’ll still have to pay for any services used during your cooling-off period.
