Switching info cancelling account

I requested switching info to try something for my dad as he wishes to leave ee. But th text has confused me, doe it mean that my contract is now cancelled?

Hi @Danalee99 

 

Your image has been rejected because it contained your mobile number in open text and this is a public internet forum - that's a fast way to attract spammers.

 

If you requested your PAC using 65075, your contract will only be cancelled - and early termination charges incurred - if you give that PAC to an alternative provider to port your number.

 

If you don't give your PAC, it won't be actioned.
