How can I change the profile pic and name it my ee app,its apparently has pic of my friend and his name and I can't seems to change it. Any advice.Thanks

lost my number during an upgrade

i have lost my old number when upgrading my phone, all security 2fa etc is all linked to that number, how do i get it back

Unable to unlock old EE phone

Resolved! Switching info cancelling account

I requested switching info to try something for my dad as he wishes to leave ee. But th text has confused me, doe it mean that my contract is now cancelled?

I was told the charge for roam further was £10 but my first bill has an extra charge of &5.60. What is this for? Thanks

Can't join 5ghz wifi on EE home router

4GEE Home router, I can see 2.4 and 5gHz wireless networks on phone, But I get incorrect password when joining the 5ghz the 2.4 is fine - not changed any out of box settings. card with unit has one network passwordThank you for any helpAndy.
