How do I inform EE want to leave

I am wanting to inform EE that I intend to leave, however can this only be done over the phone?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you wish to cancel and not retain your number you can give 30 days notice to cancel your contract by calling 150.

 

to keep your number text the word PAC to 65075 and you will receive a text back with your PAC code you will then need to give it your new provider.

Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.
