Cancel an item off my account.

I no longer use my mobile wifi on my account. I have been trying to get it deleted off my account and been kept on hold for yonks.

How are you supposed to do it.

You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.

Yes I tried ringing , put on hold for ages saying they are very busy.
I’m 63 and haven’t got that much time to sit on hold .
