iPhone 13 Pro Max not recieved

I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max back in early October as part of the trade in deal, I even sent my phone back to EE after they told me if I didn’t they would add additional charges onto my next bill and I STILL haven’t got my new phone yet... anyone else having the same issue?

There are many threads on the iPhone 13 delays if you search.
You don't normally need to send your existing handset until you have your replacement. You should have spoken to EE CS on 150.
This handset is delayed partly because of world shipping issues. You will eventually received a text from DPD when the handset is ready to be delivered. The current Apple delivery on their website is 3 Dec - 10 Dec and they will receive stock before EE.
