My EE app not listed in Play Store

I launched my installed My EE app and got a message saying it was no longer compatible (or something similar) and to update the app. I deleted the old app and went to download from scratch but 'My EE' is not available in the Play Store, just EE Home ...

Hi, i have a recieved a text saying 'Good news, your order is coming soon' for the Iphone 13 pro max. Does this mean i will get it before my expected delivery date?

Apple Music smart benefit

Hi. I've just selected the above as a Smart Benefit. I have had a subscription with them before. Still, when I try to activate the benefit they want me to pay for it. I opened the link EE sent me and did as asked. Is there a way round this?TIA

'Thank you' benefit

I received a message from EE today to say that they were giving me 5GB extra as a 'thank you' for being an EE broadband customer.Now, forgive me if I sound ungrateful but what benefit is that if you have unlimited data?

iPhone 13 Pro Max not recieved

I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max back in early October as part of the trade in deal, I even sent my phone back to EE after they told me if I didn’t they would add additional charges onto my next bill and I STILL haven’t got my new phone yet... anyone ...

Cancel an item off my account.

I no longer use my mobile wifi on my account. I have been trying to get it deleted off my account and been kept on hold for yonks.How are you supposed to do it.
