Apple Music smart benefit

Hi.

 

I've just selected the above as a Smart Benefit. I have had a subscription with them before. Still, when I try to activate the benefit they want me to pay for it. I opened the link EE sent me and did as asked. Is there a way round this?

I'd recommend speaking to our customer service team. They have access to your account and will be able to look into this for you.
