Hi.
I've just selected the above as a Smart Benefit. I have had a subscription with them before. Still, when I try to activate the benefit they want me to pay for it. I opened the link EE sent me and did as asked. Is there a way round this?

Was your previous subscription directly with Apple or through EE?
