Hi,
I spoke to someone on the 7th December to cancel my broadband as I am moving to ireland.
Their computers went down so they said they would call me back but no-one called me back.
I need the account cancelled from 7th Dec.

If you called on 7 Dec to cancel your BB, it can't be cancelled on 7 Dec. You need to have given 14 days notice.
