I would just like to give a big thank you to your technical staff with helping me out today.

 

I recently tried to upgrade my 4g WiFi account, to a fiber-landline with BT.

After waiting for over 5 hours for the BTengineer to arrive today, i was told that i would have to wait until the 24th Dec for the work to be carried out!!!!!!.

 

This left me a little more than annoyed to say the least. . .

 

however, after a friendly 5 min chat with your operative, i was able to upgrade my 32Gb allowance to a more substantial 150Gb connection.

This was achieved very smoothly and immediately.

 

Needless to say that i have cancelled my contract with BT, so i can remain with EE and their excellent services.

 

Top rate customer service guys
