Refund needed on credit

I manually topped up and purchased a pack as mine had ran out before the automatic top up came out of my account, then a few days later the automatic top up came out and isn’t needed as I’ve already renewed my pack. Is it possible to get the credit refunded back to my account as it’s not being used till next month?

@Frankmock  you will need to call customer services to request this but they will take about seven working days to get it back.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
