Ordered a replacement SIM on 8th April and it still hasn't arrived - does delivery usually take this long?

@Jons1  SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail and you should of had this by now.  I highly recommend you call customer services about this.

SIM cards should arrive within 2-5 working days, as @Chris_B has advised, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team. They will get this looked into for you.
