Ordered a replacement SIM on 8th April and it still hasn't arrived - does delivery usually take this long?

@Jons1  SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail and you should of had this by now.  I highly recommend you call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
