Hi @loiswoolf27

Have you given EE the PAC from your previous provider, and been given a porting date?

I have given them the PAC however i have been waiting for 3 weeks now for it to change and nothing m.

If it's been more than 3 weeks since your PAC has been used, you have more than enough cause to call EE to have this port-in checked. I'd have recommended doing that after a couple of days.

150 from your EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.

I have called EE numerous times to check when it is going to be transferred and they say it will take a certain amount of days but it never gets changed. I am not a happy customer.

Unfortunately there is no account access on this public internet forum, pursuing this via C/S is the best way to resolve it there shouldn't be any reason they can't rectify this.

What have the C/S agents you've spoken to, advised thus far?

When I have spoken to them they have completed the transfer and they have said multiple times that’s it will be done in a few days.

@loiswoolf27  It takes 24 hours to migrate a number.

Number migrations do not happen over the weekend so it’ll not happen at present.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes however i have been waiting for over 3 weeks now and nothing has been changed.
