I'm still waiting on the fold 3 silver and I opted for trade in, I keep getting reminded to return my old phone by 11th but if my new upgrade hasn't arrived I don't want to send this one back as I'll be without a phone. I really don't want to be charged for not returning, anyone experiencing same issue? Thanks

If you haven't received your new phone by 11th September, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

 

You won't be expected to return your old phone until your new one arrives.

Hey fella. Exactly the same thing happening to me.

Twice I've been on the phone to say I can't send the phone back without receiving my fold 3 and they said "Don't worry we don't expect you to send your phone back until you receive your new one"

However I still get the messages and told I'll have to pay £600 (£500 for phone and £100 for not sending phone in) if I don't send it in by the 13th

Will be very P'd off if they charge me
