I placed an order for a watch last Monday the 6th and have never even had an email confirmation or confirmation of my early upgrade fee payment for this. Been chasing it up since Saturday and all I'm told is that it's an open order stuck in the system and nobody can give me any further info until it pushes through to reach the dispatch stage bearing in mind it's supposed to be next day delivery of items! They have said I can cancel the order,wait for a refund and reorder but I risk the item going out of stock and waiting even longer 😞
