Error when trying to purchase an add on

Is there currently issues with purchasing add ons? I have an EE sim which I use for my mobile internet, I can top up the sim via the website or app but when I try to purchase an add on for data I am receiving an error message and can’t proceed

Not received my new upgrade

I have ordered a new upgrade about 3 weeks ago now and i got the order confirmation email but still haven't received a confirmation email for the dispatch or even the tracking information, can this somehow please be looked at thanks
