Hi, 

 

I’ve ordered a new phone and I’ve had the email to say I’m going to be emailed with a delivery time. However, when the upfront cost was attempted to be taken it failed and now I’m unsure if I’m still going to get the phone. I don’t want to try reordering it just incase I’ll still be getting the same phone instead. Could you please tell me if I’ll still get the phone even without the upfront cost paid?

@Natina5    You’ll not get the device until the upfront cost is paid that’s why it’s called a upfront cost, you have to pay this upfront 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Okay, well how can I do this as the money has been in my account waiting to be taken but nothing has happened after the first attempt when I hadn’t even known they were going to take money? 

Is there anyway I can just pay the money without waiting on EE?
