Upgraded SIM card

Just upgraded my SIM card to work with 5G on my new phone but haven't received it. I'm sure my current card will not work 5G. How do I get them to send me a card?

@Shindles  Your current sim will work as it’s an account change.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Shindles   Did you upgrade or purchase a new sim contract?   If you upgrade you might be sent a new sim but you don’t need it as your current sim will work with 5G as it’s an account change to use 5G.   Have you tried putting your sim in the new device?  Are you in a 5G area ?

What @XRaySpeX  has said to someone else was for that person he was replying too.  A 4G sim will work for 5G as it’s an account change to use 5G not a SIM card change.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the information.

I assumed I needed a new SIM to access 5G, but obviously not.

Thanks for everyone's help.
