We have Apple Watch Series 6 and we cannot enable mobile data, watch bought direct from apple not EE. EE account has three mobile sims on it have tried moving one to another new account same issue.
You don't appear to be the account holder for this account or you haven't got your phone number registered in My EE.
Please either ask the account holder to log in from this device to complete the purchase for you or go to My EE to make sure your account is up to date
If you think you are the account holder, please call us on 150 and quote code 006.
any idea how to set this up.
both phone and watch on latest releases of apple software.

@Xuan1 As it says are you the account holder ? Have you called customer services as requested quoting the code 006 ? your being told what you need to do to get this working and unless you do that you’ll
not get it working by yourself.

Called 150 yesterday informed to update All software this had been done. Also tried setting up a new my EE account with one number as my husband had.a mobile on same account. Same error message when he tried to enable mobile data with his series 4 watch.
