I've recently taken out a mobile plan which icludes the xbox series s deal. I haven't recieved any notifications about the xbox, and about when it's going to be delivered. It's been 11 days since i took out the plan. Do i wait or contact ee about it?
I am also in the same situation although I only took my new plan up on Friday. I would have expect some sort of notification about the free X box along with the confirmation about the phone order and delivery!
I would suggest phoning ee and choose the option to return your device because you only have 14 days to do so. That should get them rushing about to answer your query.
