Replacement esim Apple Watch

New Apple Watch SE. It was working but Apple had huge issues yesterday and during a support call had me factory reset my watch.

I desperately need my esim replaced/unlocked.

Pairing with my phone suggests I contact EE on 150 with code 119. But I can’t get anyone to pick up.

I know it’s Xmas but it’s very frustrating that you don’t offer better support give how many Xmas gifts must rely on you being available.

@Johnny50  You said it yourself it’s Christmas and how many other people are calling with issues?   EE are like all other companies and work with social distance in mind which means there’s less of them and it’s Christmas.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What a weak response.  They've been around many years so know the levels of Xmas rush to expect so should have cover for it; they ought to be able to set up remote workers more easily than most; they charge prices higher than others and make a big play of their normally decent customer service.

Neither Covid (which has been with us since March) nor being extra busy (but expectedly so) at Christmas is an acceptable excuse and you're a sucker if you believe that it is.
