Re: I have the fibre broadband smart hub. How do you log out

I have the following issue - maybe the same thing.

 

- If I go into Advanced Settings on one device, but after that want to go into Advanced Settings on another device. It says 'Duplicate login'.

 

I want to 'disconnect' the first device from Smart Hub Manager.

@SmartHerb : I don't think you can other than forcing a reset. You could wait till it times out & asks for the pwd again. It seems to do that quite frequently when it's not being navigated.

I'm having this problem too.
I'm accessing the smart hub using one device, and now need to switch to a different device. But the interface on Device B won't let me, and there's no option for logging out of Device A. Even rebooting it makes no difference.

When I try to log in on Device B, I get this response:

This device is currently managed by another user

 

Daft that ee don't provide options like logouts, or multiple logins.

 

 

@davidperson : Rebooting the router should log it out of all devices.
