The same issue is affecting a lot of people apparently. Tech can’t help and I was told if you’ve been Mis sold to effectively you’re better off logging a complaint with ofcom and cancelling contract. I had BT sport as part of my package for over 5 years and after being told it wouldn’t cost anymore they tried to charge an extra £25 to keep it. Customer service has gone right downhill and almost like they are trying to force you over to the parent company to pay them directly for services.

I think this is a known issue with lots of EE customers being mis-sold packages that don’t work and still charged. Lots of complaints have been going to ofcom. I’ve been a EE customer for years and constantly have issues with customer service

I think there is an issue with EE, when my contract renewed I was completely mis sold to. Customer service was always terrible and now it’s impossible to deal with.

EE seem to be having issues with lots of add ons and sadly not doing anything about it. I’ve been waiting for a call back over a week to an issue

I have been on EE for 6 years and had BTSport for all that time. I raised a query almost a month ago that even though Bt Sport was supposed to be staying on my account and I had all the confirmation it was staying it’s not been active. Text sport to 150 and it was active. I’ve been waiting a week now for a call back after making a complaint last weekend. Still no BT Sport. The lady I spoke to said it’s a known issue effecting lots of people and that I have probably been Mis-sold to.

Just to confirm, have you guys seemingly lost the BT Sport Ultimate smart benefit from your EE accounts? If so, I'm in the same boat! Only took the contract out a month ago, specifically for BT Sport Ultimate as well!! And I've just cancelled my BT TV Package which included BT Sport!!! Furious!!!
