I have just received my new iPhone 13 Pro with a new number, I had an 11 Pro before this.
I also have a Apple Watch SE with a paired plan, how or who do I speak to about getting the plan synced with my new mobile contract?

It was just a new contract, it was actually cheaper to do that than to get a new phone as part of an upgrade.
