Issue with upgrading to monthly plan and new phone.

1 - I upgraded my phone to an iphone 13. I received 3 phones instead of 1 phone. I tried to contact EE customer service. I got an agent on the line and he told me that I will be charged to return the two additional phones, then he told me that he could not reach the relevant service and asked me to call later. I am not happy about this as I only ordered 1 iphone 13 and I do not want to pay to return the other phones.
2 - I set up one of the three phones but there is NO SERVICE. I cannot make or receive phone calls. what is going on ?? I tried to log in to my ee account online but I cannot as I get the following message: "Login error - Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."
This is extremely frustrating as I use this phome for my business and I cannot contact anyone of my clients.

Now, I cannot call customer service anymore as this is my only phone and I do not have an alternate phone number.

 

Could someone please help.

@sergec68  Your going to have to call customer services to get this resolved.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

 

Do you have another phone you could use or borrow to call our Customer Care team?

 

This type of query will require access to your account to get resolved. If you ordered online or over the phone, you shouldn't be charged for returning the additional phones.
