Not received iPhone 13

Hello I ordered the new iPhone on Wednesday they said it would be here on Friday but no signs it just says awaiting confirmation

That means you're in a queue and your device will be dispatched when EE has stock.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I am aware of a possible 4 week delay. Will you bill me for the contract and device prior to receiving the device? All of this has been incredibly frustrating and fear EE will make it worse.

Your new plan won't start until your new phone is on it's way.

 

I'd recommend keeping an eye on our online order tracker.
