I can sign in to both my EE mobile and Home Broadband account but my original community account has vanished and I had to set up a new community account for this forum.
My original username is Patty72. I don’t want to call 150 as they need to deal with more urgent cases and the same with EE chat, can the moderators on this site retrieve my community account please? If I don’t answer your reply then it means I am locked out of this one too. Thanks.

Were you logging into @Patty72 with the same email addy as now with @Profile closed ?

I did see the thread but what I would rather have done is my old user name Community user account retrieved instead, it’s Patty72 and has over 70 posts, can you delete this account and retrieve my original one? Maybe @Sorcha can help please.

I too am unable to log in using my original user name of RJB1 and have replied on the advice of customer support the new use name I have created is RJB76
