Someone can explain what additional payer authentication they mean?
No notifications from bank.

@FeyNiX : I believe it is your bank/card asking for additional payer authentication. Perhaps cuz you never used it to top-up before. This is a typical fraud prevention measure.
Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card & see if it's any diff. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
