I have been trying for 2 days now to get this setup, the latest error is problem downloading esim when trying to setup then mobile data on a s6 cellular Apple Watch. It says it can take up to 4 hours but I was on the phone to EE at 10am as originally they had set me up as a family plan not a paired personal plan, With that sorted this is the error I’m facing
now, I have re-paired several times and made sure WiFi is off but it’s not having any of it.

When I was having trouble getting mobile data set up on my Apple Watch a while back, I was given this number. From memory it gets you through to the Apple Watch team. My mobile data was up and running shortly after I called them.

Did you get this sorted - I am having the exact same problem. I was also set up with the Family Plan in error, they switched me over to a Paired Plan but now I am having the same issue getting the data plan added
