17/7/21 purchased a summer offer £20 prepaid sim with 50 GB data. Only shows 15GB on my account. After 1 hour on phone yesterday and finally a promise that the account would be updated to 50 GB by tomorrow, guess what - still show 15 GB data! So very frustrated and feel ripped off as the advertising and letter with the sim received in post shows 50 GB data! I should not have to make numerous calls and messages to get the 50 GB data promised.

I hope you're well and having a nice weekend, other than this issue of course.
If you were advised over the phone that this will be changed to 50Gb then that should happen. These things can sometimes take a little while to show on your My EE app.
I would just like to check if the agent has added the extra data on a different way. Could you please jump onto your My EE app and go to Plan & add-ons in the menu. Under add-ons please let me know if any data add-ons are showing?

@AJBEE2021 : Have you looked in your Add-ons? The Summer Offer extra 35GB is not part of the pack but an add-on for 3 months.
