Signed up today for 100gb essentials plan and only 40 GB essentials plan is showing on the app

@Marshyman13   Do you have anything showing in Add ons on your account?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi ,no nothing the only add ons are 100% usage and something to do with London underground.Account says 40gb essentials plan

Thanks ,spoke to customer services over live chat and was sorted in 20 mins .

I would recommend if anyone upgraded over text or chat to keep screens shots of offers ,as they needed them as proof .
