Why you don't offer ESIM for prepaid customers? This is a great example how you treat prepaid customers as sort of "second class customers". Other providers are working toward enabling this to everyone. Very disappointing, is there any update on this?

I am pretty sure all other networks also don't offer eSims for PrePaid (PAYG)
It doesn't mean you are a second class customer as you are getting the same service regardless if you have a physical sim or not

Hi @karolina1432 ,
If eSIM functionality is important to you, I would recommend taking a look at the below URL. It does seem to be mostly contract customers who have access to this, if it is offered at all.
One can imagine it takes a certain amount of cost, training, time, and resources to enable and support such functionality and the question will arise whether all the effort will be well-spent.
Some customer will be on 24 month contracts so the business may wonder will this PAYG customer still be with us tomorrow and how much will then spend to justify the investment?
For some contract customers, the service provider knows how much revenue they will bring and they will be a customer in Nov 2022 and also in Nov 2023.
