missed my delievry

i have upgraded my ee plan buy oredring airpods. i missed my delievry from dpd twice and when i contacted them they said they have sent the item back to EE. its been more than a month i have no news about my order and EE  have already deducted the money from my bank and i dont have airpods with me. i dont know who to contact if there is some number i can contact. Thanks
