Want to change phone colour

Hi ive placed my first order with EE online for the iphone 13 pro max and ordered it in silver however after i realised i want to change it to sierra blue it hasnt been dispatched yet but i cant seem to get hold of EE customer service and cant use 150 as im with another provider at the moment Is there anyway this can be sorted via here ?

You can't just change the color. You will need to cancel the order and re-order with the new color. This will put you to the back of the queue again.
