Phone being sent back after one delivery attempt

Hi guys,

 

I ordered an initial contract phone and after one delivery attempt it’s been sent back to

EE.

 

I have no other information or emails/texts. Aside from when I check the tracking it informs me that my package is being returned to EE.

 

When I attempt to track through EE website I’m just seeing an error message. 

Any update/advice would be grand

I'm sorry to hear your phone has been returned to us. Please get in touch with Customer Care so the team can check what went wrong and get a new order placed for you.

Unfortunately it was my initial contract, I do not have a phone number to use to get through to the customer care 😞 

 

what do you advise to do next?
