Pay today charged twice when upgrading online

Hi,
I have just upgraded my phone contract, and have been charged the "pay today" amount twice. How would I go about getting the second payment refunded?
Also, I had placed an "early upgrade" last week, which had to be cancelled by EE due to a discount code error (I was then advised to wait until the normal upgrade period, which started today), and I am yet to be refunded the "pay today" amount on that cancelled order.
All orders mentioned here were placed online.

The double charge has been promptly refunded, many thanks (presumably to the automated system!)
I would still appreciate help regarding refunding of the pay today charge for the previously cancelled (by EE) order - I expect to have to call in, but given it is a bank holiday I thought I'd try my chances here first.
