I was lucky enough to get an Xbox series X with gaming bundle, I have had my order confirmation and a text to state I’ll be charged £31 a month and I can activate the game passes but no update on when the Xbox will be delivered, I’ve tried to track it online but it states that they can’t give me an update, it’s been 3 days since the order now too. How long will it take for me to get the Xbox?

If you're unable to track your order online I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
