Hi. I've ordered a sim with a £15 bundle and £15 top up but they put only £10 on my account. What should I do?

Thanks for coming back with this information.
I would recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call.
They will be able to access your account to check the plan, payments and SIM card that was ordered. They will also be able to refund any payments you have made.
