Hi, I have an issue with my sim, everything works fine apart from YouTube videos. Videos on other websites etc but just not YouTube. This is on browser rather than the app. Any thoughts?

No Tracker email or Text

I did an upgrade yesterday  and also ordered a watch and paid the upfront watch fee I have had no email from ee to confirm purchase or receipt for payment and nothing from dpd it said while doing upgrade I would get confirmation
