I did an upgrade yesterday  and also ordered a watch and paid the upfront watch fee I have had no email from ee to confirm purchase or receipt for payment and nothing from dpd it said while doing upgrade I would get confirmation

Hi @Tricia-80,

 

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Once you order has been picked up and processed by our team, you will receive an order confirmation. You will also see that your upfront cost has been taken from your bank account.

 

On the confirmation email, you will have an order number that you can use to track your order online.

 

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a text from DPD with the delivery details.
