Ordered a new ipad, 3 weeks ago and still no information on delivery, says order confirmed...3 weeks later...still nothing...

Hi 

It was a ipad 10.2 2020 36gb in rose gold

Cannot confirm 100% the date as i have lost the confirmation email but ill say it was a thursday either 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Hope to get this sorted as it is needed for xmas
