Order tracking

Hi I have a tracking number and received the order confirmation number from last Thursday 2 July. 

Phone showed asnin atock when ordered. Updated to show out of stock yesterday. Now shows low stock today. 

No number to call to check as says lines are closed. 

Can anyonehelp me please.

Hi yes it has been sitting as 

Your in stock order is confirmed

Under the deliver date heading

Awaiting conformation

No change to this since Thursday afternoon (2nd July).

You'll get a text or an email from DPD when your order is on it's way.

I'd recommend checking the order tracker again tomorrow.

Thanks Jon I just wasn’t sure if the order had been received properly or not and that it was stuck.

If you don't get a text from DPD tomorrow morning, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they can check the order for you, @Fbw1978.

They will be able to access your account and check what is going on.
