Hi
I have shared 60gb from my 100gb shareable allowance. Later in the month my phone alerts me ”you have nearly used up all my giftable data.”
I then receive notification advising all my giftable data is now used for this month? Where is the 40gb left?

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account.
They will be able to see if there are any issues and manually gift the data if necessary.
